This season of thankfulness is also a time to show compassion to homeless neighbors in our community. Each year, National Hunger & Homelessness Awareness Week is held right before Thanksgiving. The week of November 14-22, advocates will gather around the country to collaborate on ways to end hunger and homelessness.
